I like the new app, the discounts through the boost coins. However, it logs you out and when trying to sign back in, the app continues asking you to sign in over and over. I'm really not sure why the points are not being rewarded. Every time I reach a level that I'm supposed to be rewarded points through tapjoy, I always have to contact customer support. Will you please fix this. Thank You.

I like the idea of the opportunity to take a few dollars off monthly bill. However I have made four attempts phone call, chat etc. I just finished chatting again. I do the spin thing get five coins never anything more than that and then the five coins for logging in. As I looked back.. It also says loyalty rewards every 3 billing cycles. So I scroll back. Over a year and I have never receive this. 4 attempts to help with no results. If it's not going to be rewarded. Just take it off the app.

The app allows you to keep track of payments. As far as the bonus points, it stopped the option to save month on Log In and Spin the Wheel feature. So, now I can't add savings to my bill. Updated (4/21/23) you only get 5 points for login and spin, but it stops adding points at 438 no matter how many times I log in or spin, the amount doesnt go up. Why bother adding that feature if you don't want to honor it, Boost?
